Reiki 1 (first level, Shoden)
The First degree of Reiki is taught in one day (with follow up support as required). You will receive 4 attunements which will connect you to the Reiki energies, & will be taught the hand positions used to perform Reiki treatments upon yourself, friends & family.
Once you are attuned, Reiki will flow through your hands whenever you touch yourself or another with the intention of healing or helping. You will have the ability to channel Reiki for life.You can use Reiki for: Yourself, Other people (adults & children), Water for drinking, watering plants or bathing, Food Animals, birds, plants and trees, & just about anything else you can think of!
Reiki can safely be used in combination with orthodox medical care & other complementary therapies.
The Reiki I Course is a one-day class which covers the following:
**Reiki description and definition, **The uses and benefits of Reiki, **The Principles of Reiki, **The History of Reiki, **Introduction to Chakras, **A grounding meditation, **4 Reiki Attunements, **Hand Positions for Self Treatment and of Others, **How to conduct a Reiki session, **Practical exercises' & much more.

Reiki 2 (Practitioner level, Okuden)
The Second degree of Reiki is taught over the course of one day (with follow up support as required).
You will receive an attunement which will enhance & strengthen your connection to the Reiki energies, & will also be taught the meanings & practical uses of 3 Reiki Symbols, which will further enhance your Reiki experiences & also enable you to send Distant Healing. Many also discover that their intuitive abilities are greatly strengthened after their Reiki 2 attunement.
This level is also the practitioner level within Reiki. After attunement to this level you may legally gain insurance & practice professionally - if you so wish. Advice on this is given.
The Reiki 2 Course is a one-day intensive class which covers the following:
**Second Degree Attunement, **The Reiki Symbols, their meanings & uses, **Sending Reiki to events, people, places, past & future, **Subtle Anatomy & Physiology, **The Human Energy Field, **Gassho meditation, **Byosen, Hatsurei-ho & beaming techniques **Treating low energy levels, **Reiki & Legislation, **Practical exercises' & much more.

Reiki Master / Teacher level (Shinpiden)
The Third degree of Reiki is taught over the course of 3 day's (with follow up support as required).
You will receive attunement which will enhance & strengthen your connection to the Reiki energies greatly, & will also be taught the meanings & practical uses of the Reiki Master Symbol.
This level is also the Teacher level within Reiki, & you will be taught how to attune others to the Reiki energies.
The Reiki Master Course is a 3-day intensive class which covers the following:
**Master Degree Attunement, **Master Symbol, its meaning & uses, **Advanced Reiki exercises, **Full Teacher Training, **Usui Shiki Ryoho system of attunements, **Reiju & much more.
